175g of vegan spread
100g of sugar
3 tbsps of golden syrup
350g of oats
Preheat oven to 180°C
Line a rectangular baking tray with greaseproof paper.
In a saucepan, melt the spread, sugar and golden syrup.
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the oats until they’re well blended.
Pour the oat mix in to the baking tray and press evenly.
Bake for around 40 minutes or until the oats start to brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Turn the tin over on to a rack, remove tin and peel off the greaseproof paper.
Leave to cool and then cut in to 12 pieces.
